131 two-man teams
participated in the 28th annual Norris Craft Open on Watts Bar
Lake this year.
Wayne Johnson &
Omar Gwin of LaFollette,
TN. were the big winners this year with a winning weight of 19.96 lbs.
including the lunker, a 6.10 largemouth. Johnson & Gwin
reported they fished the mid-section of Watts Bar using jigs &
spinnerbaits to catch their winning stringer. For their efforts they brought home a beautiful
new '02 2000 FXLD Vee Norris Craft on a Hustler Tandem Trailer. We would like to take this
opportunity to congratulate Wayne
and Omar
on a job well done.
This year we were able to award cash and prizes to the top 35 teams. We would like to
thank all the participants and our sponsors for making this year's Norris Craft Open a
success.
